Terms of purchase

1.1 By submitting your payment, you automatically agree to these terms.

1.2 The player is not entitled to a refund after purchase if the transaction is successful.

1.3 A VIP+ player is not allowed to repair items for other players.

1.4 A player's temporary VIP can still expire while the player is banned from the server. If the player wants to play on the server again, they must wait for the ban to expire.

1.5 We reserve the right to modify, rewrite, or change the rules and benefits of VIP accounts or payments.

1.6 We reserve the right to, on an extremely unlikely occasion, spontaneously shut down the server. The validity of the VIP rank expires with the cancellation of the server and the player is aware that they are not entitled to a refund.

Podmienky nákupu

1.1 Odoslaním platby automaticky súhlasíte s týmito podmienkami.

1.2 Hráč nemá nárok na vrátenie peňazí po nákupe v prípade, že nákup prebehla úspešne.

1.3 Hráč s VIP+ nemá povolenie opravovať itemy ostatným hráčom.

1.4 Ak je hráč zabanovaný, jeho časovo obmedzené VIP plynie naďalej. Pokiaľ chce naďalej hrať na PowaCrafte, musí počkať do skončenia platnosti banu.

1.5 Vyhradzujeme si právo na úpravu, prepísanie, či zmenu pravidiel a výhod VIP účtov alebo platieb.

1.6 Vyhradzujeme si právo pri neočakávanej situácií okamžite ukončiť chod serveru. Platnosť VIP so zrušením servera končí a hráč si je vedomý, že nemá nárok na vrátenie peňazí.
